Lockheed Constellation. Do you want the specific model? The cockpits seem to vary a bit from model to model

The 747 has two floors, the A380 also, this one is also multi-level too - or so it looks like from the outside!

Yes, you are correct! I'm actually not sure if it had two decks inside though. In most pictures it doesn't seem so
