How do we set up a alliance or is it not in this round? and when is the round gonna last till?

I think this round lasts through 2007 I could be rong though.

About the alliance last I heard they would be implemented in the next round.

The round goes on to 2007, then we have a reset to somewhere 1960-ish, but that could shift depending on the number of aircraft from that period that are added to the game. Alliance feature is being worked on, maybe not as we speak, but it's being worked on. You'll probably see it next round, providing no major bugs are found.

And the sig is OK, only the D needs to stand out more on the left down part.

Alliances are being worked on, relatively presently (few minor things here and there distract me from it... y'know, sleep, food, bug patches).

you can keep relatively apprised of my progress on alliances in "my magic updates". it's got a relatively close approximation of what i have done, what i need to do, and yeah.

Anyways. alliances will (for those who remember them as they were) function the same as they used to (except, by function, we actually mean it this time). Groups of players together under one alliance tag, alliance rankings (as you can see my little test ISG is up, so the creation works).

Upgrades to alliances:

1. improved statistics (when it was formed, by whom, possibly alliance logos at some point).
2. open or restricted membership status (not fully developed yet, but there will be a petition to enter for restricted. affected by an alliance vote system).
3. possibly a few more vote options. we'll see.

uhm. yeah. that's my plan at least.

1) Food and drink?

2) For airlines wanting to enter, you should have the CEO of the alliance choose whether he wants to allow the airline, if he wants a group vote that could be done via forum pm's.

3) Is there gonna be an alliance base?

1. hope the drink's some scotch, pass it along.

2. my only question with that is if the "CEO" or founder is away, what havoc it can play. i'll likely give him a way to expedite the process.

3. alliance sharing of bases is one of those functions that should function when this is completed. one of those things, also, thusfar not completed but being worked on.

edit: oh yes. fyi. codeshare effect on route demand will not be added this age, but will be added next age (i have a decent framework in mind for how it'll work... it's just too big of an alteration for mid-age).
