I ended up with a DOP of over 18 million after six years in Africa - even with a lousy start airport, not Johannesburg or Cairo.

I was much higher than that. Closer to 30 million in one game.

I was asking Lord Voldemort

@ 1993Matias: Whose airline was the largest and do you remember the value?

How long does it take you to achieve 100Million DOC if you start with 4 planes and starting base at Chicago ORD?

Um well, I started at ATL with 5x A319, and was running multi-freq. so it took me ~30-34 game days. @ ORD with 4 mainline a/c, in a 5 hub game, I can hit 100 mils in 13-15 days.

That is pretty nice. It has been 20 days since I joined and I have a DOC of just  € 59,180,371. Been inactive for like a week :P

It really depends on how much free time you got and how much you spend on AM. I mean, I had a couple of weeks off from school a while ago, the weather was *vegetable* back then so I had tons of time to spend behind my computer. I grew a 2100 route airline in no time. Now, with all the things I have to do, its impossible to achieve anything like that :P

With a typical public world setup (one prop plane and 500k cash), it takes me about two game years (maybe less).
