Next public world?

Unfortunately, I lazed out and stopped paying attention to my airline in 1609 the past few RL weeks, but I finished pretty strong. I got into that world a couple IG years late, so I really can't wait to get into a new one at the ground floor from the beginning like everyone else. When does the next public world open?

When the public world atm reaches 80-90% filled spots? Forgot the percent.

Well, I've gone ahead and joined the Europe-only public world to get my fix, so to speak, but it doesn't have much time left and being stuck in Europe is no fun, especially in the 1950s. Are the public world settings randomly generated?

Yes, they are randomly generated, with preset probabilities.
This is so we don't have the exact same world every time. It is more challenging and exciting to have different scenarios. :)
