Yeah,  CX524 got it.  It was Copa Airlines.  which can very easily be mistaken for Continental.

I knew this one would be hard :)  but here is another clue.  This airline is a former charterairline formed by a larger airline in 1961.  I guess this airline is still around it has just had a name change.
