I tried the route map in another computer with the same wireless router - it worked.

I suppose it's the technical problem in my computer.

I am using Vista Service Pack 1, cleared the cache and data, etc.

I just tried installing another browser: Google Chrome and went to the route map page ... it worked.

So I suppose that Google Chrome would be the browser to use when accessing Airlinemogul then.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has been having this problem.

I'm using Windows Vista and tried it on a couple of browsers:

IE 8.0.6001.18783: Does not work.
Safari 4.0.2: Works
Google Chrome 2.0.172.37: Works
Firefox 3.5.1: Does not work.

Looks nice when it works though.

My google map is not showing at all. I thought at first maybe I hAve too many routes but the other map still works and I am sure that one can do less thsn the google one.

I always want to check my route map by google map, but it doesn't work for a long period already. And also, I've tried Google Chrome already, but also have the error message, need to gen a new key...but I son't know after gen the new key, what should I do for next...

I just think it's strange that I can view ALL my competitors maps, those with far bigger networks than mine, yet MY map wont show up.

There are certain airports (mainly in Germany) in the game that aren't listed in GCM. If you fly to one of those airports, then your map won't ever load.

I just validated that Eisenach Kindel, when listed by its ICAO airport code, does not display in GCM or Google Maps.

Read through all the posts and installed google chrome and I can now view my route network!  :D
Thanks to all that posted the advice.

Quite nifty the 3 choices, I like the 'hybrid' template.

In the main game though, when I look at rankings, still, every one of my competitors little blue map comes up yet not mine.
This in 3 worlds (1 where I am a major player and assume with 800 routes, its just to blotted to show) and 2 where Im a small regional carrier bunging about on ATRs.

I have a PC but Safari is downloaded and it's what I use and It doesn't work on IE but on Safari it does.... hope I could help!

So here's the thing.
This is NOT about your main route network in 'show routes' (google chrome and other browsers as discussed can rectify that problem)

As with a few airports, if you fly to them, then your route network will not show should you look at 'RANKINGS' for example.

Does anyone know which airports these are?
Which airports if added to your network then disable your map?

Seemingly these 'rogue' airports are in the ASIA and ME regions.

I realise that these may seem like small fry in the scheme of things, but I would love to be able to see my own route map (whilst checking my ranking) when I log into 1 of my Worlds.

As I generally play in LONG Worlds, I would just not fly to these airports etc. Especially now I am part of an alliance and have expanded through partners bases.
It's frustrating having to load through Chrome my entire network to see my routes.

If any player knows of the airports to avoid that create this problem, please post them.

I've identified several of the rogue airport codes...

will be blocking the IATA ones tonight or tomorrow morning... the ICAO codes i'm going to run by someone to see if they're incorrect or should be blocked... that'll be a small patch job over the next week (at the latest).

i admit i don't comb through the airports often for bum codes, but if it gets a bit common i try to work my way through and keep from sending a few to the gc map (we don't own gcm or google maps).

Will these be removed automatically and therefore will just disappear from our network or will we have to delete the routes ourselves?
