Need Advise

Ok I just joined the world I am currently in yesterday, I have been in 3 other world and been unsuccsesful most of the time. I now joined this world and am doing fairly well I choose all routes where gates were cheap and with 0 competition so I could easily gain money. Now I just got another route and lost money but my total estimate profit is a nice improvement, but now I am at 100% Gate usage at a base airport which charges 300k per month so I need to know what to do now? Do I wait gain money and buy gates? Do I make a new Focus city? What do you think I should do I have 1.3M right now lost 2M when created new route and new month began? Also I have 3 of the same aircraft currently with 2 almost maxed out time wise and one with barley any flights.

Rent another gate at your focus city.  Cut long hauls and open more short hauls will keep your finance page in a good shape.

Edit: A 300k base airport should give you well more than 2m monthly profit....... somewhere around 3m at the second day would be reasonable...
Also, check the date for your world. Is it 24th? then its because of the month change and the fees will be collected at that point (MOnth change for sure). Therefore, do not lease gates at 24th beacause you WILL loose money for sure.

Ok I now have 4 of the same plane the start up one. And have a few more routes. Here is my current status:



Now that I have done that all my planes can't fly since I used all there hours. So since I am in year 1983 what can you guys recommend I buy?
