how to close a focus city or base?

i just need a bit of help

i have a base in london hethrow
and i have 3 focus city which are madrid, barcelona and amesterdam

the limit of foreign focus city in my world is 3 so i have reached the maximum limit

but now i want to close my focus city in barcelona and i want to start a new base somewhere

so hw can i do it? shuld i have to return all the gates??

I think you just close all the routes operating out of that city and return the gates. Remember, flights between your bases may be operating out of either city.
