Go to View Aircraft, then AC Info (Click on the ID number or the magnifying glass), then click Lease Aircraft in the right hand column.
Enter an ID number (if to a specific airline), or leave blank to make it a public lease.
Enter a lease length (maximum length, leases can be terminated at any time by the person leasing aircraft).
Enter a lease fee (monthly).
