Xi'an Xianyang (XIY) cannot be bought. Every time I rent a gate it never shows up on my list.

Same issue with NCE. Cant understand why this happens.  :?

Message me, Stephen, or any site admin any remaining bugged out airports, i believe I fixed them all but i admit i'm tired enough i may have missed one or two.  Definitely fixed nice, guam, xiy...

edit: sorry i was catching up to Xian.  any existing gates rented are still bugged technically, but any newly rented gates from here on out should be working properly.  Personally tested XIY/GUM/RPN.
