Are there similar price limitatations on private sales as on the public ones. I am thinking of a one off offer to members of my alliance in W9, but want to know before I get accused of feeding.

Same price limitation.

*Following the limit does not mean you are not feeding though. Any trades with main purpose to provide an account money would possibly be considered a feeding case, depending on the situation.

Thanks that explains what I wanted to know. Like I said it will be a one of offer, or at least in future limited
