Hi, it could be to do with the sequence that you closed the flights. Please give your User/Airline ID (Found on the "Admin" tab), the World you are in and the Aircraft ID.

Ok, somehow you managed to close the connecting route between Omaha and Newark. You are best re-creating it on that aircraft and closing the routes you need to close. The plane has to be able to physically fly the routes.

I'm having a similar problem, I've tried every route closure sequence I can think of but it keeps giving me that message. My airline ID is 9866 I'm in W8 and the aircraft ID is 6012

I closed all the routes on your plane and re-opened them without IAD, but it was not possible to setup those routes without having a link between the two bases. The Omaha-Seattle leg had to be a one-way in order to get the time to fly Newark - Omaha. Next time don't close a connecting route like that.

Do you want to close one route or return the aircraft?

What other routes does that plane have?  Specifically, which ones to Detroit, Halifax and Providence?

The Close All Routes button is now visible on leased in aircraft. You can go there and close all routes, and go back over them and re-open them. Thats what I did for the above airlines.
