One route, two planes

when i have 1 route, but 2 planes to operate,1 is 0.5 and 1 is 1.5, how can i fully utilize my plane?
can it be 100% loaded?
S&S Dreamliner - the first low-cost all-business class airline [W8]
Currently based in Macau, but interested in putting Seoul and Singapore as a focus city

If you pick the right route and with a good amount of fiddling, yes.
