That just means you're not as mean as the rest of us that gouge customers for food...although for dinner I give a choice between filet mignon, lobster and something else I don't remember (and yes, in economy class ). And the snacks consist of fresh warm coffee cake and macadamia nuts

It doesn't affect your loadfactor, so just decide on a price, I guess.

WTF? I'm only making 9.6 revenue. After expenses, the misc expenses aren't covered by misc revenues.

Misc revenues: 9.6 million
Misc expenses: 17.something million

I have the same problem...  I am making about 3.4 million in misc. revenues, but the costs are 10.9 million, and this is what I am charging:

Breakfast €20.00
Lunch €25.00
Dinner €30.00
Snack €15.00
Soft Drink €10.00
Tea/Coffee €10.00
Alcohol €15.00

I take it this is still way too low?  In the last round,  I was actually making misc. revenue, even after the costs were tallied up...

Misc cost has increased because some costs have been added and transfer over I think.
