World 3
Plane ID 1378
Fokker F27-600

Calculating the block times of all routes, it only amounts to 22.96 hours. Initially, I had it planned for 23.92 hours, but when adding the final route, I could only get a 0.5 segment instead of 1 frequency.

I got a few more -600's, so I'll see if this is a consistent bug.

Just to be on the safe side, you did calculate turn times, right?

Formula I've been using is...

1 frequency: 2*((Distance/246)+0.25)

Plane 1379

I have 21.74 hours on the plane. Trying to add another route which is 1.96 hours (for 1-frequency)--thus, 23.70 hours total, and it is only allowing a 0.5 frequency segment.

Tried adding LHR-MAN (1.7 hours), and it shows as a 1-frequency segment. LHR-LPL (1.81 hours) also shows up as 1-frequency. LHR-JER (1.92 hours) shows up at 0.5 frequency. LHR-GCR (1.87 hours) shows up as 0.5 frequency. Finally, LHR-LIL (1.84 hours) is showing up as 0.5 frequency.

In conclusion... it appears that these Fokkers may only have 23.75 hours of availability.

I will also add that many planes, when I have route-planned them for 23.97-23.99 hours, seem to not work out correctly when implemented in the game. It had been working fine the previous rounds.

Remember that turn times are increased as the number of flights increase at an airport.

So if I am close to the limit and the number of flights increase and I want to update a route I may have -1 hour for an aircraft?

Is that to simulate congestion? (as in queueing for the runway)

Is this a newly added feature?

How much additional turn time can potentially be added to a particular plane? (Or is that a secret?)

I think its been there all the time. Two rounds ago I tried to do a route from the middle east to SXM (I know, weird  ) it was within range and it wouldnt let me so I asked stephy and he said the turn time + congestion at the airport etc. thing

Last round, I was able to use up to 23.99 hours all the time with all planes from all my bases.

The game, back then, allowed for a plane to use slightly over 24 hours in order to prevent problems with something, I forgot what that was. That time was slightly decreased, meaning the plane could potentially fly 24.00 hours and nothing more. That could account for the problem you're having here.

There was an ID-10-T error detected. Move along; nothing to see here.
