Broker problem with markup

i tried sending an order to orange whos i sin my world at -10% but it always go's to -2%

Probably because he's closed at the moment. If they aren't "open" they don't go to -10%.

No, that doesn't matter at all. The game doesn't know that. Although @a1b23, I really don't have any cash to take any order. It's still a bug though.
