Aircraft Types = Commercial, or Biz, or both
Commerical means the typical airliners certified to commercial airline operations. Those are the typical Boeing, Airbus, Ilyushin's.... etc. that you would fly on with an airline.
Business Jets are those that are not airliners. They are the ones that are used as corporate jets, utility planes, charter operations... etc. Some examples include Gulfstream's, Cessna's, and Learjet's. Biz only option is only available in private world.
Both mean boths obviously.

Focus cities.. see... http://stephenm.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5832

Fluctuating airport refers to airport size. If a world features fluctuating airports, the number of pax would be influenced by the flights operated to/from the airport. I am not sure if this is implemented yet at this time. I don't think it is yet.

World Map refers to the airports that are avaliable in the world.
Full world means all airports in the database
Continents means all airports in the region(s)/continent(s) listed.
Country means all airports in the country listed.
Large world means all airports in the database with more than 100 gates (ie. 100k monthly rent)
