I guess from a couple of minutes to several days. Depends when someone from staff can read your email.

I heard some of them have a life and others get to sleep once in a while. Yeah, weird, I know.

why would you want to close your account? You've come here asking questions and then given up? I dont like people who give up cause they cant do something

Maybe something personal came up in their lives so rather then keep gates or ac tied up they chose to have their account canceled. I think it is a good idea for people do to this. Even though it is early in the game and there is a lot that can be done easily the gesture is a good one.

There was an email received and it has been replied to. There are admins based in the US and Europe, we cannot guarantee times for reply but its nearly always under 24hrs.
