how can I extend the lease of an aircraft???

If it is on the market and nobody has leased it, go to:

Aircraft Market under "Aircraft"

Then on the farthest tab, it should say "Aircraft offered for sale or lease"

Then click edit.

If it is leased out / leased in (ie the plane is in a contract, regardless whether you are the lessor or the lessee), there is no way to extend a lease.
