What exactly is holiday mode
will i not recive my dop?

No, holiday mode just makes it so you will have a longer time before your airline is set to inactive and/or auto-bankrupted.

Use it if you know you will not be online for longer than 3 weeks. It allows you 5 weeks without being bankrupted. But if you login during that period the Holiday mode is reset.
