What's a good DOP per gate at a main hub?

Does anyone know what is a good DOP per gate a main hub. I'm talking about exclusive of revenues from other venues such as airplane rentals, leases, gates, other bases, etc.

Anyways, i tend to measure (when i'm doing it) in the days it takes to pay off the gate fees at the specific hub. If i can get it to 3~ days or less, you're doing pretty well.

I have 32 gates at EDDV. Per gate I receive about 390K EUR.
