bug on creating new bases

I 've got the same problem. Cannot create a base even if I rented 4 gates in a city in same continent

nope i have exactly 4 gates at my home base and have like 7 or 8 other but their all in different airports...

You need 4 gates at the airport you want to create the focus city before you can create it.

I'm having the same problem: It appears the maximum number of alliance routes has been achieved from this departure airport. I recently started Jacksonville, FL as a new base ID:1745
