i have leased some AC what happens when the lease end do the AC return Auto to the owner  do i get notified before ?
or can he lease it back again to me whitout returning it to him i dont understand how it works

I will get 3 months before end of the leasing message from system.   

You can't buy the a/c without returning him back to the owner, there is no feature to buy leased planes.
