News update: GFA today (16 January 1978) just received one of its Boeing 727-200 purchased from 'The Flying Dutchman (ICAO: KLM)' with a price of €39mil. The B727-200's first service will commence somewhere in this month starting with its flight from Bandar Seri Begawan to Seoul via Hong Kong. Simultaneously, GFA started its services to Tokyo Narita via Manila from Bandar Seri Begawan. Also in the talk, GFA is about to operate its services to Beijing via Hong Kong somewhere in February (next month).
