So i have pretty much have aircraft flying to every viable market above 1m> .

My asian airline has a solid fleet of 85 Airbus A320's with 2 A330-300's on order

my current plan is to fly the 330's from my hubs in HKG & PEK to Dubai and Moscow.

My question is where to now?
-do i open a Shanghai hub?
-do i focus on long haul
-do i open a foreign hub (e.g. USA)

BTW there are ~12yrs left and i dont have any major airlines to compete with within asia.
and no one is gonna buy my old aircraft for everyone is asleep and buying concords!

Do routes to all airports within range. Maybe not with the A320, but a smaller plane instead. Doing the small airports near you gives more money than doing a big one far away.

You can also open a hub in Shanghai to increase your profit further.

Btw, what is your DOC?

yeah i was thinking of flying to all my destinations from a new hub in Shanghai, than another hub either Shanghai Honqaiou or Guangzhou and than by huge numbers of E-145s since the E170's or 90's (7-8 years left) are not out yet.

My DOC = 28 000 000

but my costs are about 8 000 000

accomponied with a 1 billion bank balance for i am waiting for what u guys think i should do

I think a A E195.

They are not available yet, as mentioned.

I suggest you look at the Yak-42D or Fokker 100. They can reach pretty much every airport in China and neighboring countries.
