[FIXED] Aircraft reset thread

Add 3999 & 4000 to that list. I'd like them returned to 302 asap.

we may need a standing thread for this issue...  all the aircraft i listed in the other thread still need to be reset.

Add the strange saga of 1490.
That Dash-8-300 has been literally everywhere, and now has been "leased" to me.
The "leased" refers to the fact it is owned by DBA, leased to PCA and on my books for some strange reason!

all non-"on lease" status aircraft listed thusfar have been reset, or should be.  hopefully i didn't typo anything and reset someone's aircraft that wasn't supposed to be.

if any further aircraft are "In Service", listed on zero routes, and yet do not have 24 hours available. report them as such and I can reset them for you.

Will work on the mysterious "On Lease" aircraft as i can.
