Where can one obtain the information on creating a private world? I understand creating a private world uses tokens, but in what respect?

Thanks! I have seen that. I was hoping to find info on what certain things costs ex. having €xxxx as start-up cash will cost xx tokens, starting with xxxxx aircraft will cost xx tokens, etc. In other words, on what, the criteria is based for calculating token costs.

There is a Calculate Cost button for that exact purpose.
