I'm in w#140, which is currently at the end of 1990. I know I don't really need to ask, but I have decided on this fleet:

Under 1,000,000pax:
ATR 72-200

Above 1,000,000 pax, within 3250nm:
Boeing 737-300

More than 3250NM:
Airbus A310-300

I likely won't change with the ATRs or 737s, but do you think A310s are a good choice? I might get a few 767-300ERs for ultra long haul.

(Bear in mind I am based in Asia.)

I'm holding out for the CRJ-100 for my under 1 million pax airports.
I'm using the Boeing 737-300 for all other routes up to it's max range, to be replaced by 737NG aircraft later on.
For long haul I'm going to use the A340-300 for long haul until the 777 comes out, then I'll use a mixture of 777s, A330s,767s and possibly the 744 if I have alot of spare cash lying around.

I've tried that before, ATRs work better. CRJ is €20 million for 50 seats, ATR is €12 million for 70. Go figure.

ATR 42/72, plus Saab 340B for thin routes.
Fokker Jets for medium haul operations: F28-1000/3000/6000, Fokker 70, eventually the Avros/BAE. Aviod McDonnel Douglas shorthauls, I found it very difficult to find proper routes for them.
