Hi,

My friend has bunches of planes leased by some company before.
While they closed the company and went inactive, how to get back those aircraft in order to scrap the plane, lease the plan again or whatever?

Thanks...  :)

Why would your friend wants to get back those planes? The inactive company is still paying the lease.

It says he wants to scrap them, presumably because they are costing more than they are making.
The answer is that you can't get the plane back (cancel the contract). When you make the leasing contract, you agree to lease it out for a certain period of time.
