[Fixed] Rent Gate broken

At least in world 350, but probably in more worlds:

When going to Operations->Rent Gate, airports are showing their max possible amount (50, 100, 150...) of gates available, not their real amount available, but when to click rent a gate, the real amount of available gates is shown. Quite irritating, especially in W350 where not all airports are available anymore.

I see the issue in the code alright, but as I am on my college laptop I cannot do much editing from here. I'll see what I can do later today when I get a chance.

Sorry about the delay, I was having some technical issues.  It appears we've got them fixed now... both the bugs, and my technical issues.
