What does this mean?  Most fuel used in terms of 1 flight, in 1 day, or something else?

I think it's most fuel used for a flight, but only one way.

Wow im looking either in the wrong place or i am using 65,850 gallons on a one way route?  :o :-[  :'(

Max fuel used is a figure that doesn't take into account frequency.
