this only happened to me once. I always try to keep my loadfactor at 100%. But when I logged in yesterday, it said my loadfactor dropped from 100% to 99.85% or around that. I have my default setting to "Show routes by hub" and I looked where it says average load under both hubs to see what hub I have to look in but both said 100%. I found the route that has dropped and i fixed it but I dont know why the average loadfactor under the hub that had the lowered LF said 100% when it wasnt.

The point I am trying to say is, one route's LF has dropped but the average loadfactor said 100% when it wasnt.

Average loadfactor is a rounded figure, which very well may explain your problem.

I would have done the math but I have too many routes to do so. But I guess thats the problem then.
