Should this not have appeared by now. According to Wiki, it was launched bt CSA and I think Southwest Airlines in 1981.

Yeah. I've now just changed the Wikipedia page, the 737-300 actually first flew in 1959. ;) It must be true, it's on Wikipedia!

They had some interesting data with regard to airport gates etc. But not a complete list by any means.
