Suppose you have 2 bases A & B. And from both these places you fly to C. Now can you have a flight which does A->C->B?

And the answer is "yes and no."
You can have one plane doing A->C and another route with the
same plane doing B->C. Now, this would be the same as having that plane flying A->C->B on one day and B->C->A on the next.
This, of course, would be an indirect way since you can only create non-stop routes.
EDIT: Silly me, wrote "can't create non-stop routes" when I meant the opposite.
