Defunct Names

Can you use names of inactive airlines?? If not, when can you start using them.

When inactive airlines are bankrupted their names become available.

Nope. I don't think there is such a thing as inactive airlines in real life.

thanks.... There's this one airline which is inactive. I'm not sure if its actually bankrupt. And I envy its name. Its called Philippine Airlines
