Airline ID: 13218 (Orient Express)
Type: Base Creation
Description: Cannot create new hub.  Checked, double checked and triple checked current number of hubs compared to the number allowed.  Number allowed in the world is 7 hubs, including 1 foreign.  Currently have 5 hubs, including one foreign.  Hubs owned are Beijing, Guangzhou, Tokyo Heneda, Seoul Gimpo and Frankfurt.  Theoretically should have 2 hubs left, but error reads "You already have the maximum possible focus cities, consider closing an existing focus city.".  Help needed urgently as I got aircraft sitting around ready to be put into new hub in a very competitive market.  Time is money.

Where are you trying to create the new buh at?

Foreign hub counts as 2 hubs in the home continent, so you have 1 more hub in home region left.

You have another base in Singapore, which you have yet to close.

I'm glad we have found the problem.  Your databases are lagging

i deleted that base a while ago.

just get rid of that Singapore base off the database and I'll be happy  :D

To prevent gate hogging, all gates are held on record for 2 month changes after returning. That may have caused the problem.

I see, so I can't make a new base for two game months...looks like it's time to expand my current hubs

If you return a gate, its there for about 2 months. I was guessing what the problem was.

No. Just returning gates is not enough to close your hub. It is true that you have no gate in Singapore, but you still need to go into close base to close it. This is true for closing any base/hub.

With you having no gate in SIN, of course it would not shown up in your gate list as a hub.
