Do pax pay more if they are on a quicker flight? They will pay more to get from A to B in 20 mins then 40?

Not at all.
They'll pay as much to travel on an Antonov An-2P, as a Tupolev Tu-144.

I find that my fast flights have higher prices than the lower ones, but faster flights mean higher costs, and it is usually better to fly slowly then...

truth is spoken. this is (potentially) most noticeable with competition on a route.
