selling leasing airplanes?

I was just wondering how can someone start selling and leasing aircraft, how much money do you need?

You don't need money, just planes. However, you cannot sell or lease a plane if it is the only one you have.

Also, to be offered for sale or leasing, a plane must not be flying any routes.
