World 1 says it is full with 79/79 players.
However, only 37 players are listed on the rankings page.

Its probably due to inactivity. When a player is inactive they should disappear from rankings. And if we deleted them from the world, I don't think a new world would ever generate.

If we deleted the current inactive users/airlines from a world (Instead of bankrupting them), then the number of people in all the worlds would decrease. People at the moment have slowed down their rate of joining worlds, as they want new worlds instead of the current six. By removing the inactive users/airlines from a world, means we need a lot more people to join the world to make it saturated. (And therefore a new world will generate)

so this kinda explains the slow growth of brokers cause they don't get scrapped planes from the inactive accounts that get get reset.

Inactive airlines are reset, they just are not deleted. (Which is the issue here)
