Gates returned, but I still pay for it

I made a lot of mistakes of buying gates that I would return after several minutes.  However, it's been "months" now but I still pay for the returned gates.  Is this normal?  Thanks!

What is your ID? And if you are in more than world what world are you having the problem in?
