Philippines - Airport Pax Updates

I just added the domestic and international passenger movement data.  I did not include the general aviation statistics because I'm not really sure if it should be there.

I have most of 2005 Philippine airport data.  I will be posting them if I can't find airport data for 2007 or 2006.

issue is... could the current data be 06 or 07? :?  <-- and we have no idea

Cebu and Manila are both 2007 data as indicated in their official websites.  I've seen more 2007 data for some other airports.  There are also new airports but I'm not really sure how to key them in the submit airport page coz I only have pax data.

put -1 for cargo

finding the codes are not hard...
try to find the runway as well, but if you can't, leave it blank
use great circle mapper for co-or (or try googling the airport)

when are you updating Cebu and Manila?  The pax additions may not be much but it will help my playthrough next round
