I'd say somewhere around 10 seconds should do.

Discovered it by chance
It started with checking how far I could open my mouth (OK, I was bored, hehe), so I had the tips of my lips on the opposite sides of the rim of the glass, and then I laughed and noticed that if I pushed a bit my chin did fill up the inside of the rim, so I added a little pressure and twisted the glass somewhat and bam, there was my lips on the outside of the glass, all teeth and gums on display Now I can do it fairly easy, but it takes some concentration, laugh into a full glass of beer and find yourself soaked afterwards

Another way of doing it is to try to get half the rim in the mouth, and then blow hard while trying try to get the rest in  :shock:

It's actually pretty hard to drink like that, just try to swallow with your mouth wide open + that it's full with fast flowing beer
