Hey guys, I was looking at aircraft prices recently, and I stumbled upon what appears to be the new price for the 737-200 BBJ.  The last time I ordered a new BBJ, I recall that the price was €13,672,611, now it's at 15 mil. What caused the price increase? Was it the demand for the plane, or was there something that cause the coders to correct it?

Am I not making sense? Well, I checked my Finance page to make sure I wasn't confusing one thing with another, and I noticed, the price for a new 737-200BBJ had gone from €13,672,611 to €15,777,480. I'm just wondering if there is something that causes the aircraft prices to change or if someone decided to change the price recently.

You are making sense. Just that I am confused as for why the price increased.

Is the BBJ the only one increased? Has any data changed for the BBJ?

Dosn't appear that any data other than that price had changed, it still has the 20 seats, 509 kts speed, slightly over 4300 nm of range and the same fuel burn.

Since this is the only Boeing I fly, I cannot say if its the only one to change, but I looked at the other prices of the types that I do fly, all of them remain unchanged.

hmm... price should only fluctuate upon the alteration of a factor involved in its calculation, generally speaking.

the fuel consumption formula was updated mid-age, however most aircraft were not affected. any update of an aircraft from before the fuel consumption alteration is likely going to see differences in its price if updated.

Tomorrow, if and when I am free at work I'll be looking into this more closely [and updating airports]. At the moment, it's nearly 2am unfortunately, and I've spent the past half-hour looking over municipal tax code to see if i can find a way to get some money back from the local nutjobs.  This has, as you can well imagine, affected both my sense of reason and my ability to read real words.  Here's hoping tomorrow is a fairly free day at work, otherwise I should be able to get to it when I get home.  I'd just prefer work to let me update more airports at once.

Alright. i've set the price down again, i believe it was edited thereby causing the price increase.  it should be [for the remainder of this round] at the old price of 13672611.

if you order 4, you get a loss of roughly 3 million each, that makes a loss of 12 million, and with that money I can lease 6 732adv\'s with a lease rate of 2million, but a couple of fokkers and a lot of other aircraft! your problem was to do with lease, mine is to do with the admins playing around with the script (or by accident) and changing the price of the aircraft from 13million to 15million
