Why cant i choose who is in my alliance?

The Alliance feature should have certain functions for the founder, like sending an invite to the airlines it wishes to join and not just an all-invite scenario, as it is currently.

Im so pissed of already with this whole alliance bug and now this...I'm so far behind...I have a DOP of about 70,000 dollars and thaat sucks... it would have been higher had i had the omney to buy a plane but i dont so now I have to wait till I have enough money to buy an ATR!
