You have two choices...
1. An account reset - you lose all planes, money, and gates and restart completely with a free base and the typical starter plane.
2. A continent change request - approved on a case by case basis. You keep all planes, money, and gates (except the extra ones in your old base) but you are responsible for creating your new base. You have to pay for the base yourself.
You could request either by emailing <staff@airlinemogul.com> from your registered email with your player's id and airline name, as well as the desired continent for case 2.
