I went to Join Alliance page, and it said:

You are a member of the .
This alliance is identical to the USG in terms of its members. Then I go to Alliance Rankings, and no alliances show up. :?

and then there's this:

no offense, Stephen, but this round is off to a buggy start. Were all the other round resets like this? :?

Has this bug been resolved?
