I can't get a negative markup at all. I can get to go up, just not down.

What exactly are you typing into the markup field? Because I don't seem to have any problems inputting negative markups.

I've tried both 1 and -1 thru 10 and -10

When I use positive numbers the prices go up. When I use negative numbers the prices stay the same as if i leave 0 in the box

Is that for a public listing? In that case, the markup can only be 0% at the lowest. Try listing it to a official broker, the negative markup should work.

Orange is right.

Public (open) listings are 0-35%
Private (non-broker) listings are -3~-35%
private (broker) listings are -10-35%, broker set floors though.
