I'm asking this because I'm planning to have my airline expand into the leasing business, but want to know what would be your opinion.

Regardless of value, minimum lease rate is 5% of list price.

And there are a ton of planes already at that price floor.

Lowest lease rates ALWAYS.....

I couldn't care less about the plane value if I'm leasing in.  Its not my A/C, and isn't part of my value.

Remember it will always earn the same amount of revenue no matter what the plane's worth.
