When you build it, do you have to pay monthly? If so what's the fee?

built a terminal that's too large? i can manually return some for you. the going rate of cash-refunds for gates sold back is 2x gate rental fee.  i need to actually code that page to sell-back terminal gates.

but yes, 3/4ths the gate's normal monthly fee is charged each month for a built gate.

Don't you think we should be able to extend gates in a terminal but not limiting it to 5 gates and above?

extension gates shouldn't be limited, as i recall.  only fresh terminals are limited to 5 gates and above.

The reason why I added a Wiki is that the AM players can moderate it, otherwise I would have written a manual.

Could you please reduce my terminal size from 50 to 45 at LHR then. I was a bit over zealous when creating it and had the "blue" slot amount in my mind :)
