I think there is a bug in how the gate rental fees are being added up for my airline. I recently noticed that even after building terminals in 8 of my hubs and not renting any gates for those airports, the gate rental fees did not reduce. So I went ahead and manually calculated what should be the total rental fee and it is much less than what is calculated in-game. My calculation gave me 66,050,000 and the in-game calculation is 103,175,000.

Unless the I am being charged some premium for maintaining a hub, I don't understand how the gate rental fees add up to be that high.
